Velvet Ventures and Velvet Club maintain zero tolerance for unsolicited communications and strictly enforce standards for member conduct.
1. Our Anti-Spam Commitment
We commit that we shall not send you any unsolicited emails or other communications other than those described in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We shall not share, sell or rent your personal details to any other companies or third parties. You have full control over your communications and have the option of subscribing or unsubscribing to our monthly newsletters using your 'Profile Details' page at any time.
2. Member Conduct & Merchant Protection
All our members are expected to conduct their accounts without spamming our partner merchants or members of the public.
Zero Tolerance Policy: If we get complaints from our partner merchants about members who are spamming them in any way, we will terminate the offending members' account immediately.
3. Investigation & Enforcement Actions
If it is brought to our attention that any of our members is sending unsolicited emails, creating unauthorized referral promotions, or spamming in any way, we will take this seriously and thoroughly investigate the issue.
Substantiated spamming violations may lead to immediate suspension of the relevant member's account, forfeiture of pending earnings, or a complete ban of that member from our entire network of websites and mobile applications.
4. Reporting Spam
If you believe you have received unsolicited communications originating from a Velvet Club member or referring link, please report it immediately to our compliance team at 'support@thevelvetclub.in' or through our Contact Page.
