Refund Policy

1. 24-Hour Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a full refund of their membership plan fee if the membership card, plan, or booklet has not been used within 24 hours of purchase and no deal, coupon code, privilege voucher, or partner service has been redeemed or claimed during this 24-hour window.

2. Vendor Closure or Service Unavailability

If any listed partner hotel, restaurant, venue, or merchant vendor is permanently closed or fails to provide the committed offer or service listed under your membership privileges, Velvet Club reserves the right to offer a refund or credit assessment, subject to internal review and verification.

3. No Refund After Usage

Once any coupon code, privilege offer, deal voucher, or partner service has been redeemed or used (whether online or at a partner venue), the membership card or plan will be considered fully activated. No refund requests will be accepted after any usage has occurred.

4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, public emergencies, or any unforeseen force majeure circumstances affecting partner service availability, Velvet Club may, at its sole discretion, extend the validity period of your active membership plan or card.

5. Limitation of Liability

Velvet Club's total financial liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer at the time of purchasing the membership plan or card.

The responsibility for service quality, food & beverage standards, safety, room delivery, and fulfillment rests solely with the respective partner Hotel, Restaurant, or Vendor Service Provider.

6. Verification & Approval Process

All refund requests are strictly subject to internal verification and approval by Velvet Club management. The final decision of Velvet Club regarding any refund claim shall be binding.

7. General Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all customers and members, and is deemed automatically accepted upon the purchase of any Velvet Club membership plan or card from Velvet Ventures or its authorized channels.
